Current transcriptomics methods fail to capture the huge diversity of RNAs within cells. This is particularly critical in cancer, where abnormal transcripts play a decisive role. I will present novel approaches for representing RNA-seq data, enabling biologists to explore the full spectrum of RNA variation.
