Journées de l’agriculture : Science et Agriculture au Moulon: du labo aux champs

IDEEV will take part in the Journées de l’Agriculture on Friday June 7, 2024. On this occasion, schoolchildren and the general public will be able to discover the diversity of plant species grown on the Saclay plateau through a guided tour of the building and experimental plots. The visit, led by scientists, will provide an opportunity to talk about yields, the water cycle on the Saclay plateau and agroecology, among other topics. Several activities on offer : growing wheat and peas together, measuring corn diversity, plant pests, domestication of cultivated plants, seeing plant DNA, wild and cultivated apple trees.
