Presentation
We are part of a small network of labs focused on co-evolution (European Society for Evolutionary Biology (ESEB) - Special Topic Network (STN)), including the Cornille lab, , at GQE , Université Paris-Saclay, the Croll lab at Université de Neuchâtel, the Ebert lab at Universität Basel, the Stukenbrock lab at Max Planck Institute - CAU Kiel, the Tellier lab at TUM Munich, and Tiffin lab at the University of Minnesota. This year, we are organizing a workshop sponsored by Labex SPS and the Univ. Paris-Saclay, and with the help of researchers from the GQE (Élodie Marchadier, Judith Legrand), BIOGER (Anne Génissel), and with the participation of ESE (Jeanne Ropars and Jacqui Shykoff). The workshop will focus on young scientists sharing their ideas, research projects, methods, and networking.
Event information
The workshop will take place at IDEEV in Gif-sur-Yvette (close to Paris) over two days (11-12 of September 2023) and will feature talks mainly by young scientists (Ph.D. students and Postdocs in our group). All meals will be provided during the conference to facilitate networking and exchange. There will also be a poster session and cocktail hour with presentations from many more students.
Why should you attend?
- If you are interested in Co-evolution, this is an excellent opportunity to meet other young scientists who share your interests and learn about their work.
- It’s also an excellent opportunity to present your work, as several poster spots are still available!
- It will be lots of fun!
If this sounds interesting to you, please fill out the following form by 12 June to register (link to the Google form), and we hope to see you there! Please note that registration is capped at 20 additional participants.
